Minute 1: 200 Meter Run
Minute 2: 6 Devil Presses + 6 Dumbbell Box Step-Ups (2×50/35 lb, 24/20 in)
On a 20-minute clock, every minute on the minute (“EMOM“) complete the prescribed movements. For odd
minutes, complete a 200-meter Run. For the even minutes, complete 6 Devil Presses and 6 Dumbbell Box
Step-Ups. If you get caught by clock becomes an AMRAP.
