*Time Cap = 15 minutes.
*Pick a weight you can cycle for reps when fatigued (5-7 reps is ideal)
*Flow of the workout: 21 Power Cleans, 42 Pistols, 15 Power Cleans, 30 Pistols, 9 Power Cleans, 18 Pistols.
