Working weight +/- 65% of your best Snatch

Elite: 105/155, 24”/30
*Athletes are encouraged to go heavy today. Snatches may be performed in single as needed, OHS should be kept as UB as possible but be challenging. Use your “Isabel” working weight as a reference.
