500 meter Ski
15 Ring Muscle-Ups
500 meter Ski
12 Ring Muscle-Ups
500 meter Ski
9 Ring Muscle-Ups

Fitness: Banded Pull up OR Inverted Ring Row
Performance: Ring or Bar MU (banded permitted)
Elite: Ring MU shoot for sub 15 min, 18 min cap
*Today lets work on our MU and progressions. Choose a gymnastic modification that is somewhat difficult for you today if you are not performing ring MU.
